Purchase any eligible brand-new BYD ($5,000 deposit required) during the promotion period and you'll go in the draw to WIN a brand-new 2026 BYD ATTO 2 DM-i Essential Plug-in Hybrid, valued at $34,990 + ORC, with on-road costs included in the prize!

• Promotion Ends: 30 November 2026.

• Promoter: The promotion is conducted by Euromarque Holdings Ltd trading as Euromarque, Euromarque BYD and Euromarque Christchurch.

• Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 7 September 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on 30 November 2026.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, special offer, rebate or incentive.

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.

To receive one entry into the prize draw, an eligible customer must, during the promotion period, enter into a signed Vehicle Offer and Sale Agreement to purchase a new BYD vehicle from Euromarque, and pay a minimum $5,000 deposit toward the purchase of that vehicle.

The deposit is non-refundable, subject to condition 13 of the Vehicle Offer and Sale Agreement. The $5,000 deposit forms part of the purchase price of the BYD vehicle and is not a separate entry fee or charge for participating in the promotion.

The promotion applies to new BYD vehicles purchased from Euromarque during the promotion period. Demonstrator, used, fleet or other excluded vehicles are not eligible.

If a qualifying vehicle purchase is cancelled, the corresponding entry will be withdrawn and will not be eligible for the draw. If the winner's qualifying vehicle purchase is cancelled after the draw, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.

There is one prize consisting of a brand-new 2026 BYD ATTO 2 DM-i Essential Plug-in Hybrid, with a recommended retail value of $34,990 plus on-road costs, which are included in the prize at no cost to the winner.

The winner will be selected by random draw at 5:30pm on 30 November 2026 at Euromarque, after the promotion closes, from all valid eligible entries. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name, surname initial and town may be published on Euromarque's website and social media channels. By entering, entrants consent to this publication.

If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, or does not accept the prize, by 5:00pm on Monday 14 December 2026, the prize will be forfeited. A redraw will take place at Euromarque on Tuesday 15 December 2026 from the remaining valid entries. The same notification process will apply, and further redraws will be held as needed until the prize is accepted.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, or used towards the purchase of another vehicle.

The prize must be collected from Euromarque, 116–120 St Asaph Street, Christchurch, by 5:00pm on Friday 29 January 2027. Ongoing costs after collection, including insurance, servicing, fuel and road user charges where applicable, are the winner's responsibility.

If the specified vehicle is unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value. Colour and specification will be as determined by the Promoter.

To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the promotion or the prize. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control prevent it from running as planned. Any change will be published on this page and will not reduce entrants' existing entitlements.
