Euromarque was established in 1989 by dealer-principal Angus Cockram, a third generation motor businessman in Christchurch.

Angus’ grandfather and father were well-known city vehicle retailers and established the Cockram family’s excellent reputation in the Christchurch motor vehicle industry.

The driving passion for European vehicle quality prompted Angus to establish Euromarque and build the business into the success it is today spreading across inner city blocks on Durham and St Asaph, expanding as new marques join the Cockram dyasty. What began as a fledgling European used vehicle dealership has grown into the leading dealer of premium new and used motor vehicles in Christchurch. The company’s reputation is now such that it enjoys excellent repeat and referral business.

Euromarque became the authorised dealership for Fiat and Alfa Romeo in 2002. In 2007 the prestige Italian performance car company, Maserati, was added to the Cockram family lineup followed by Citroen in 2008.

In 2009 Euromarque also had the accolade of being awarded the title of ‘Official Ferrari and Maserati Service’ and thus are able to provide full service and parts for Ferrari and Maserati owners.

They are also the official factory sanctioned service and parts providers for Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Citroen.
